I offer an integrated approach to therapy, utilizing various modalities based on the client’s personality, presenting issues and my assessment of the client’s specific needs.

 

It takes time for the therapist/client relationship to develop. If we determine that working together makes sense, we can move toward discovering how to create the life that you want.

 

Many of us suffer emotionally and physically due to a lack of awareness of the ways in which our past wounds impact current choices and ways of interacting with others. By taking a deeper look at these processes, problematic belief systems can begin to change.

I hold a degree in Integral Counseling from the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco,  a Masters in Media Arts from the University of Arizona and a BA in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I worked in Bay Area non-profits for over 12 years prior to moving to Olympia, WA in 2021. I currently operate a telehealth private practice in both California and Washington states.
